Program Description

GoTote Rental LLC provides heavy-duty commercial moving tote rentals to customers in the Green Bay, WI area. By booking a rental, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SMS Notifications

As part of your rental, GoTote Rental LLC may send you transactional SMS messages including booking confirmations, pickup reminders, and return reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your rental activity.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from GoTote. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Rental Agreement Acknowledgments

By completing a booking with GoTote Rental LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Rental Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am renting moving totes and equipment from GoTote Rental LLC and am responsible for their care while in my possession. I agree to return all totes, lids, dollies, and included equipment in the same condition received, excluding normal wear and tear. I understand that I am financially responsible for any loss, theft, damage, destruction, or excessive soiling of rented equipment and authorize applicable replacement or repair charges.

Contents & Packing Responsibility

I acknowledge that GoTote Rental LLC is not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, breakage, shifting, spoilage, or destruction of items packed, stored, or transported in the rented totes. I understand that I am solely responsible for properly packing, securing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking my belongings.

Services Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that GoTote Rental LLC does not provide moving, packing, loading, transportation, or storage services unless expressly purchased as a separate service.

Rental Agreement

All totes remain the property of GoTote Rental LLC. Customers are responsible for the care of rented totes during the rental period. Damaged or unreturned totes may result in additional charges.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by GoTote Rental LLC.

Limitation of Liability

GoTote Rental LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of rented totes beyond the value of the rental fee paid.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
